The Yarra Valley Open Studios weekend offers a unique and rare art experience where you can visit artists at work and on display in their private studios. The program features a broad range of artists nestled within the stunning surrounds of the valley. The Yarra Valley also produces some of the best food in Victoria. A hand-picked selection of the best are proud supporters of Open Studios. Please support them when your visit, and enjoy some great food!
The 2013 Open Studios weekend, features 28 local studio locations. It is a highlight of the region's cultural calendar, attracting art minded visitors and tourists. Featuring artists working across a range of mediums – as varied as painters, potters, wood carvers, printers and textile artists – the Open Studios program provides a unique insight into our artists' work environments as well as their art.
The best way to start your Open Studios experience is at the Group Exhibition at The Memo in Healesville. It showcases artwork from each of our participating artists.

Coinciding with the Open Studios weekend is the annual Open Studios Exhibition at Burrinja Gallery. This years group exhibition theme of 'Balance' was chosen by the artist and is sure to generate some interesting some new and interesting works. This exhibition is a unique opportunity to see and experience work from each of the artists in one gallery, making Burrinja a great place to start the Open Studios Weekend tour.
