Artist Applications - Now Open

The Dandenong Ranges Open Studios is now accepting applications for participating studios.

Now in its 24th year, the Open Studio weekends are held annually over 2 consecutive weekends in Autumn, showcasing the talented artists of the Dandenong Ranges and inviting visitors to follow their curiosity through the picturesque landscapes of the region as they visit the studios of working artists.

Applications Open 10 August 2026 and close 6 September 2026

About the program

The Dandenong Ranges Open Studios Program promotes the work of local artists and provides the public with an inside look at artists’ working studio environments.

Our aim is to:

Support emerging and established artists and arts businesses in the region
Encourage creativity
Connect the local and wider communities with the arts and artists
Increase artist profiles within the region
Increase economic activity for and the viability of artists
Support development of creative and professional networks for artists in the region

Submit Your Images: provide 6–10 images of your artwork, including at least 2 images of your studio space.
