Administration Coordinator, Building Maintenance (part-time)

Can you manage calendars and schedules? Are you a whiz with budgets and organisation? Can you operate MS Word and Excel at an intermediate level? Can you produce professional communication with correct spelling and grammar? Do you take pride in the presentation of your venue and love ticking items off your to-do list?

We are seeking a super organised administration expert who has experience booking service providers in public venues such as a hotel, arts centre, conference centre, or sporting facility. Experience in multi-venue employers such as real estate agencies or apartment complexes is also highly regarded.

You will supervise our cleaners, maintenance volunteers, and book all contractors to carry out repairs and maintenance. You will be driving improvements in our public presentation internally and externally. You will be working on an exciting roadside LED sign project, and drive improvements to our gardens, climate control, painting, plumbing and electrical services.

Burrinja Cultural Centre is a multi-arts venue comprising theatres, galleries, cafe, foyer, artist studios, workshops rooms, carpark, gardens and offices. You will work in a shared office environment on site, with fabulous colleagues and access to a cafe, car parking, showers and discounted tickets to theatre shows.
