Carolina's studio, nestled among eucalyptus trees, offers a welcoming, creative environment with free demonstrations and advice. Her oil paintings draw inspiration from local landscapes, desertscapes and seascapes, using Impressionist techniques and colours.

This is a working studio and you will see works-in-progress and finished artworks on display and for sale. Her love of the Dandenong Ranges is reflected in her work.

In her studio, the scent of oil paint lingers amid brushes, palettes, and canvases in various stages of completion. Sunlight filters through windows, catching glints of wet paint. Sketches and reference photos line the walls, while tubes of pigments and well-worn tools and brushes of all shapes and sizes bear the marks of countless paintings brought to life.

“I have been painting for over 25 years. I especially enjoy en plein air and I create art because I want to capture and share the places that inspire me. Painting in oils helps me explore the details, light, and atmosphere of landscapes I love, from forests to deserts and coastlines, and allows others to experience those environments through my perspective."
