How to book tickets
Book tickets to shows at Burrinja any time on this website –click BUY TICKETS – otherwise visit or call our Box Office during 10am - 4pm Tuesday - Friday. Tickets can be emailed to you, or collected from the Box Office.

Wednesday to Saturday, 10am – 4pm, plus 1 hour before performances.
Closed on Public Holidays.

These times may be affected by COVID Restrictions.
Prepaid tickets may be collected from the Box Office any time during opening hours prior to the event. The Box Office is also open one hour prior to an event. Proof of identification or concession eligibility may be requested when collecting tickets.
Burrinja works to keep our ticket prices affordable for all patrons, to this end we do not charge a per ticket booking fee but rather a single $3.00 fee per total transaction.
- We do not hold tickets without payment being made.
- No refund or exchange will be provided on tickets sold (COVID-19 exemptions apply).
- Appropriate evidence of eligibility may be required when booking tickets at concession prices.
- Lost, stolen or damaged tickets can be replaced/reissued upon proof of identification.

Where an event has allocated seating the venue reserves the right to adjust a patrons seating allocation to be in compliance with current Victorian State Government Guidelines around venue capacity and social distancing.
With the above in mind Burrinja recommends that you “buy together, to be together” as we will endeavour to keep bookings of people in there booking groups if it becomes necessary to adjust patrons seating allocation
- Tickets will be issued in a digital, PDF format, and will be sent by email to the ticket purchaser, not individuals.
Patrons must either print their PDF ticket/s or ensure their ticket/s are available on their phones for scanning
No tickets will be mailed or held for collection at the Venue
- Patrons 18 yrs and over will also need to show their vaccination certificate or medical exemption.
If available, tickets purchased at the Venue will be by contactless payment methods only
At the event
The Patron is responsible for having their ticket/s available on their phone or printed out, with the seating information clearly visible. Tickets will not be reprinted at the Venue
Patrons must not attend if they are sick or have been overseas in the previous fortnight
Patrons may be asked health screening questions on arrival to the Venue and may be temperature checked
Patrons who are unwell, or who have a high temperature, will not be able to attend the event, and a full refund will be provided
Patrons agree to abide by all social distancing and health protocols even when that means then venue has had to adjust their seating allocation to be in compliance with current Victorian Government Guidelines.
Patrons agree to follow the instructions of Venue staff at all times
If patrons do not comply with protocols, or authorised requests, they will be asked to leave immediately without refund or further recourse
Refunds or exchange of tickets will be available to any customer who has developed any Covid-19 symptoms after the purchase of tickets, or who has come into contact with anyone who is symptomatic or is a confirmed case
Patrons acknowledge that while the Venue has taken all reasonable health and safety precautions to keep the audience, staff and performers safe, patrons enter the Venue at their own risk without recourse to claim against the Venue regarding health outcomes.
After the event
If you, or a close contact of yours, are diagnosed with COVID-19 within 14 days of attending the venue, it is your responsibility to contact the COVID Marshal at Burrinja Cultural Centre.
